More Holiday Merriment

It wasn't just a weekend of babies -- we also attended the "dog performance" (as Schuyler likes to call it) at Sturgis Library, went to the St. Mary's Holly Fair, where Schuyler bought Pepper a Christmas ornament, attended the Hyannis Harbor Lighting and Boat Parade party at the Pine Island Yacht Club with GJ and Grandpa, and then off to Fazio's for pizza, where we had a close encounter with Santa (who Schuyler thinks is pretty scary). We also managed to see Steve and Ellen for dinner on Friday night, and attended The Nutcracker at BHS Sunday, followed by the HYC kids Christmas party. Plus visited the babies! This weekend promises to be equally busy, with Schuyler turning 3 years old on Saturday!!! Schuyler is also going to be in the Christmas pageant at Church, so we have dress rehearsal this weekend. She's going to be an angel and is very excited...

Holding up her new 'flasher' sneakers from GJ. Schuyler gets very upset when I call them flashers. She says, 'no, mom, they are light-up shoes...' She says they keep cars from 'squashing' her at night? :)

With one of the dancing dogs.
Closing down the HYC kids Christmas party. Schuyler loves to close down a party. She refused to go anywhere near Santa.

The club downstairs looked really beautiful this year, lots of white, sand dollars, starfish, and shells. Here she is checking out the 'white' themed tree.

Rich runs into Santa at the bar in Fazio's. He and Mrs. Claus were grabbing a bite to eat!

Schuyler clings to Rich as Santa comes by to say Merry Christmas. She's wearing a sweater Gee made for me when I was a little girl. Thanks, Eileen, for the photos!!
