Bath Buddies

The kids are starting to take baths together, now that Griffin has officially graduated from the baby tub. They seem to have fun together, and it is so nice to consolidate two baths into one...

Time with Griffin

Schuyler has been in heaven with Grampy and Bubby visiting this week. She was 'too busy' to join us for the maiden voyage of the new boat. Griffin loved it though.



We had a nice cruise on Barnstable Harbor. Griffin was very content, which was great given how grumpy he's been with some new teeth coming in.

Griffin tried the baby swing at Nancy's this week for the first time. Looks pretty happy; time to put ours up again!

He also had his first ride in the little red wagon. Happy baby!

New baby

Jesse and Eileen's beautiful baby boy was born on July 23rd; congrats and welcome Henry!

Barnstable Hollow Playground, July

Friday after work, we did the Sturgis and then walked to the Barnstable Hollow Playground. It was a perfect night for it, not too hot, and surprisingly we were the only ones there. Schuyler managed to have a good time despite a lack of kids, and Griffin tried a baby swing for the first time.
Still loving the new stroller, though pushing both kids up hills is HARD!

Teeth and First Foods

July was a big month - Griffin got his first teeth - both front teeth on the bottom. I think the front top teeth are next, within the week is my prediction.

As I took pictures of Griffin's teeth, Schuyler found it necessary to show me her teeth, too!


Along with teeth, Griffin has started solids. We did rice cereal and oatmeal for a couple of weeks, and I roasted a sweet potato for him on Friday. Loved it. Friday night HE SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT. First time ever. Bring on more solid food!!!
