Halloween Train

While Rich did docks at HYC, I took Schuyler on the Halloween train, which was great fun. She even won a prize, for cutest pirate. We also took in the Not So Scary Halloween party that the FUN program put on, but it was a little crazy and not as well organized as our train party (but we did see some of our pals from playgroup). Looking forward to a week filled with even more Halloween activities...including the annual Osterville parade and costumes at preschool...

The kitten returns

Schuyler is so into dressing up these days. She has recently rediscovered last year's Halloween costume, which she wore the other night complete with rhinestone high heels...

Schuyler and Sophia

We got together with the Webbs on Friday night for pizza dinner. Schuyler and Sophia had a blast together, as always. They are also expecting #2, due in December. It's fun to think the newest Webb and McMahon will get to be buddies...

Dance Party

Schuyler had a little dance party - in her undies (which she loves to wear - but only without pants????) - while I made dinner last night. Her music of choice - The Wiggles...

Halloween excitement

Schuyler is READY for Halloween. Keeps asking me when she can go trick or treating. I think we're going to have quite the battle over candy this year. She's OBSESSED with lollipops fro the bank, which is something I'm trying to keep under control. (Now, even at Stop & Shop, she spies the candy at the Citizen's Bank window and BEGS to go over.) She's a little sugar addict...

Maryland Visit

We had a very quick visit to Maryland over the weekend for Honey's memorial service on Saturday, which would have been her birthday. Wes and Jill showed us their cute city digs, cousin Jessie Pearl came over for dinner, and Schuyler got to enjoy her Grampy and Bubby for the weekend.

Big Sister

Schuyler is getting more and more excited about becoming a big sister in January. She likes to talk about 'the baby boy in my belly who is coming out in January'. I hope the transition goes well...she's awfully used to having the spotlight all to herself....



I'm not sure what is up with the stickers all over her, but she seemed to think this was pretty funny...

Little Ballerina

Here's the outfit Schuyler chose to wear to the library last week. She's getting big into dress-up, and is excited to take ballet "when she's 3 and potty trained!"

Baby Ben

Congrats to Carter and Paul on the birth of their beautiful baby boy Ben. We got to visit over the weekend. Big sister Abbie is doing great and Schuyler enjoyed seeing the baby and playing with her little pal.
