Sailing and Sandy Neck

Carrie invited us out to her family's cottage on Sandy Neck on Saturday. We drove out on the dunes in the Xterra which is always a treat.

Then, Sunday we finally got back on the boat. And guess who came with us for the first time all season?

Harris Visit

The past couple of weeks have been busy with lots of company and summer fun. The Harris clan gathered in Barnstable last weekend; we took the Xterra on Sandy Neck, visited Heritage Museums and Gardens in Sandwich, ate out at the Matakeese and HYC, and got in some lake time.

Weekend

As usual, the weekend went by way too fast. Rich got a lackluster dive in with Michael using their new trailer (lots of equipment malfunctions), we attended the Wequaquet Heights Association Cocktail Party at CP's, where a mad swarm of bees attacked party goers (!), and had a lovely beach day with Michael, Tara, Suzanne, Howard, and Judy at Sampson's Island. Now we're anxiously awaiting our visit next weekend with the Harris clan!
